Myatt's Fizz


In December 2020 we had Forced Rhubarb we were unable to sell because the sticks were too thin but they still tasted delicious. We thought, rather than let it go to waste, why not create a delicious new drink. Brain storming ideas over a glass of English Sparkling Wine, we thought if we are going to make a drink why not make a fizz!

With the help from Biddenden Vineyard we set our idea into motion.

Using 100% Rhubarb, we have used the traditional method of bottle fermentation to create a light, refreshing drink with hints of Rhubarb and delicate bubbles.
